Organist, Newtown Presbyterian Church
Newtown Presbyterian Church is a 1,000 member suburban congregation that loves music. We offer three services in our sanctuary on Sunday morning (8:00, 9:00 and 10:45 am) from September through May for which our organist plays for the 9:00 and 10:45 services. In the summer we hold two services; 9:00am in our historic church building on an antique Estey pump organ and a 10:45 on the piano in our fellowship hall. Our organist will be expected to play both summer services. We are seeking a skilled musician who can play the organ and piano for solo, accompaniment and service music and can participate as a strong team player within a thriving music program.
