(Revelation 3: 7-8, NRSV) We are 138 congregations, 1 New Church Development, 3 Fellowship Groups and 4 Community Ministries with open doors located in the four counties of Southeast Pennsylvania. We are over 40,000 members with more than 375 minister members serving in a broad variety of ministries here in the metropolitan Philadelphia area and around the world.
2200 Locust Street Task Force Recommends Moving Presbytery OfficesA Task Force created by the Committee on Mission Oversight (COMO) has recommended to COMO that the current office building at 2200 Locust Street be sold and that a new office building be constructed on land to be purchased from Oxford Presbyterian Church, 8501 Stenton Avenue, Philadelphia. (5/9/2008)Nine Members of Presbytery Learn Coaching SkillsAs part of a coach training project of the General Assembly and the Synod of the Trinity’s Transformation Network, eleven members of the Presbytery of Philadelphia joined with teams from Donegal, Lehigh, Redstone, and Lackawanna Presbyteries in Pennsylvania as well as teams from Delaware, Arkansas, New Jersey and New York for a three-day intensive introduction to coaching skills led by Rev.
